Shipping Policy

• Free & Insured Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

• Orders are packaged securely and shipped via trusted courier partners.

• Estimated timelines:

• Jewellery: 5–10 business days production + 5–10 business days shipping.

• Custom Diamonds & Jewellery: 10–20 business days depending on design and cut.

• Customers must confirm estimated timelines before placing orders.

• Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.

Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the goods are damaged upon delivery.

• Proof (photo/video) must be submitted immediately after delivery.

• Products must be unused and include all certificates, documents, and packaging.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Important Notes

• Custom-made orders are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or return.

• Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

• All shipments are insured until delivery. Once received and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.
