Terms & Conditions – Fine Diamond Jewellery by Sapphiro

By purchasing from Fine Diamond Jewellery by Sapphiro, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure clarity, transparency, and trust in every transaction.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

 • Orders may be cancelled within 1–2 hours of confirmation.

 • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Return & Refund Policy

 • Returns are accepted only if goods are damaged upon delivery.

 • Proof (photo/video) must be provided immediately at delivery.

 • Items must be unused, with original certificates, documents, and packaging.

 • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

 • International orders are not eligible for returns/refunds.

3. Buyback & Exchange Policy

 • Natural Diamonds (GIA-certified jewellery): Buyback/exchange may be offered, subject to inspection and current market value. Final value will be determined after deductions and applied only against a new order of higher value.

 • Lab-Grown Diamonds (IGI-certified): No buyback. Exchange may be considered only against a new higher-value order, under company conditions.

 • Loose Diamonds & Custom Diamonds/Jewellery: No buyback or exchange.

 • All buyback/exchange requests require authenticity and quality checks, subject to company approval.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

 • Free & Insured Worldwide Shipping is provided.

 • Estimated timelines:

 • Jewellery: 5–10 business days production + 5–10 business days shipping.

 • Custom diamonds/jewellery: 10–20 business days, depending on design.

 • Customers should confirm timelines before placing an order.

5. Custom Orders Policy

 • Custom-made jewellery and diamonds require 2–4 weeks for production.

 • Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or buyback.

6. Pricing & Taxes

 • All prices are shown in USD.

 • Prices exclude import duties, taxes, and levies (customer responsibility).

 • Duty-free import options may be available in certain regions. Confirm before ordering.

7. Certification & Guarantee

 • All diamonds 0.30 ct and above are certified by GIA or IGI.

 • Some custom-cut lab-grown diamonds may not have IGI certification (confirm before ordering).

 • All jewellery includes an authenticity certificate, gold hallmarking, and diamond certificates for stones above 1 ct.

8. Warranty & Repairs

 • Services offered: resizing, polishing, repairs (depending on weight and design).

 • Some services are free; others may incur charges.

 • International orders are excluded from free services.

 • Customers must contact us with order details for approval before sending items.

9. Payments

 • Payments accepted in USD via secure channels (bank transfer, cards, or approved gateways).

 • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the same payment method used.

10. Limitation of Liability

 • We are not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance issues, or events beyond our control.

 • Currency fluctuations, import duty changes, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

 • Product images are for representation only; slight variations may occur.

11. Intellectual Property

 • All website content — including logo, images, designs, and descriptions — is the property of Fine Diamond Jewellery by Sapphiro.

 • Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All transactions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
